Our Management Team
Vincent Egungwu (BA)
After graduating with a degree in Sociology from the University of Nigeria in 1963, Vincent has led a highly distinguished career in the field of Human Resource Development Strategies. He is a published expert on all aspects of training and development and has been a lecturer on subjects ranging from negotiating techniques to interpersonal skills and industrial relations.
Internationally recognized as a dedicated authority, Vincent was the first African to receive the Silver Award from the UK's Institute of Training Development in 1993.
Sarah Okagbue (BA)
A graduate from the University of Ife, Sarah has dedicated her entire working career to sales and customer service, from recruitment and training through to management and quality assessment.
Sarah is a certified quality internal auditor and trainer, and has conducted numerous quality courses and customer service courses. As a training consultant, Sarah works as a facilitator for companies interested in giving their staff a sales and customer service perspective.
Stella Obayagbona (MBA BSc (ED))
Combining practical expertise with degrees in technology and biology, Stella brings to HR Indexx an impressive knowledge of people development and extensive HR experience in major Nigerian companies. As Human Resources Manager, Stella is responsible for all aspects of HRIndexx's recruitment, outsourcing and training & development activity.
In the past, Stella has coordinated and facilitated training programmes for clients such as the Intercontinental Bank Plc, the GTB and Access Bank.
Bola Lawal (PhD M.Sc)
As a Master of Science in Psychology and with a doctorate in Social-Organisational Psychology from the University of Ibadan, Bola brings to HR Indexx an impressive background in understanding the complex nature of how groups of people interact with each other.
As a published writer on subjects ranging from anxiety and depression to psychosocial adjustment, Bola's contribution greatly expands and clarifies the nature of how people tick and are motivated.
Bola has organised and devised a number of successful training workshops. He is currently researching a paper entitled:
'Job Satisfaction: Distress and Morale as Determinants of Customer Satisfaction and Turnover Intention'.
